Poor floor plan, but apart from that great shop
Wow, best chicken burger I've had before.
If I could give zero, I would. took kids there, the chicken is soggy and we had to wait for the chips. The staff are clearly overworked and you can see the stress in their eyes. It should be less factory like and more food outlet
What do you expect from a fast food chain? Definitely not quality. This branch does not have enough seatings, there were reserved signs? (I didn't know you can book for KFC reservations).
We came to Glenwood KFC at around 5pm and were mad confused with the menu and options available. The staff are young but performed amazingly. Patrick, John, Lachlan and Tiana cleared up all the options and displayed fantastic hospitality. This is a reflection on the kids themselves and their work ethics. Food was hot and fresh which we know can be a struggle to provide at a fast food place. The kids working in the back also did a great job but unfortunately I couldn't stay to grab their names.
