Superb service, thanks Jasman for making our move so easy & stress free. Recommended
Used them for a move last year as they seemed polite and cost effective. They said they will use shrink wrap for mattress and blankets for furniture but they did not, even after i reminded them. They damaged most of the furniture, broke part of the cot , made a hole in the leather sofa, there were big grazes on the wooden furniture and the matress handles were ripped. Even though I told them what exactly needed to be done and how much furniture there was they used a small truck with the understanding they will do 2 trips if required. They took ages but did not do the second trip as they had to go to another job. This meant we had to make multiple trips in our car. They did not complete their job and they damaged our furniture. When I messaged them about this they didn't respond and when I followed up again they told me I must have damaged it myself. Hardly likely that I would hire removalists to move my furniture into the house only to take it out and rub it on gravel. Extremely disappointed as I worked hard and long while pregnant to be able to afford nice nursery furniture.Don't fall for their overt politeness and low prices, it ends up costing more compared to professionals who charge more per hour but do jobs properly and efficiently.
