Loved the food. The place is lovely. Staff were polite. Definitely recommend.
It was the first time we were here, we ordered steak and drink. Food quality was good and the portion size was generous. It was served in a reasonable amount of time. The environment and ambience was nice and we enjoyed the experience. The only thing we didn't like was one of the staff's behavior. She forgot one of the steake knives and when we asked her for one, she showed reluctance. Once we convinced her that the knife was actually missing, she brought one after ages and instead of gently putting it on the table, she rudely threw it in front of us!
SO GOOD! Firstly Outback managers were awesome at accommodating our large birthday group and everything went perfectly thanks to our waitress who couldn't have been nicer. Food was delicious - we had platters of Ribs and Steaks and choc thunder desert was to die for. Thanks so much We will all be back again!!!
Really enjoyed the steak - so delicious and tender and the smashed potatoes are awesome. Love that you can now get a side order of the blooming onion as I could never eat it plus a main. The warm rolls with whipped butter are also a nice touch - particularly when you've come with a hearty appetite as I did tonight. The staff were friendly and helpful but it was late on a Monday night so not too busy or noisy.
Sorry! Should have explained why you got a 2 star rating...this was our first time trying out the steakhouse in Parklea and can say it will be the last. Environment is awesome but food is awful. I can't remember now what we ordered but the ribs were dry as and hardly any meat. Steak was like and my son's burger was still raw in the middle. He didn't eat it but we did pack it to take home and that's when we checked it and it ended up in our bin. At least the waiter was nice and dessert was pretty good and that is why I am giving you a 2 star rating.
